Alternative equipment with equivalent or better specifications may be offered, but suppliers must demonstrate compliance with the buyer's requirements. 5. The contract also includes training for staff on equipment usage, waste disposal at the supplier's cost, and notification of delivery dates at least 7 days in advance. 6.
