Software Packages and IT Systems for Enhancing Public E-Service Accessibility

This contract involves launching new and modernized e-services as detailed in Annex 1 of the Terms of Reference. The contract is divided into two parts: Part 1 - Domain Software (e-geodesy, e-environment) includes the following: 1. Domain software part 1 (e-geodesy, e-environment) 2. Installation and configuration (e-service platform) 3. Integration (e-service platform) 4. User training. Part 2 - Domain Software (e-roads) includes: 1. Domain software part 2 (e-roads) 2. Installation and configuration (e-service platform) 3. Integration (e-service platform) 4. User training. The contracting authority allows for partial bids.
