Maintenance and Support Services for Electronic Services Platform

The contract involves providing services for the Electronic Services Platform of the Patent Office, referred to as the System. The services include: 1. Updating Standard Software; 2. Providing Maintenance Services; 3. Offering Development Services amounting to 2000 working hours (2000 working hours plus any additional offered hours); 4. Extending the warranty on server infrastructure, extending the manufacturer's warranty on hardware, and extending support from the manufacturer for Standard Software. As part of the contract execution, the contractor is required to transfer the copyright and related rights to the works (Products) created or modified by the contractor in connection with the execution of the contract, in the fields of exploitation specified in the contract.
