Bicycle Leasing Framework Agreement

This framework agreement aims to appoint a leasing company that offers bicycle leasing in a tax-optimized manner to the employees of Interleuven and its partners (local authorities, including teaching staff, social welfare centers, police zones, and emergency services). At the end of the lease period, it should also be possible for individuals to purchase the bicycle for its actual remaining market value. The bicycle leasing provider facilitates this through a digital platform accessible to employers, employees, and bicycle dealers, focusing on maximum convenience. The duration of the framework agreement is 24 months, with the possibility of a one-time extension of 24 months, totaling a maximum of 48 months (4 years). The duration of individual leasing agreements for end-users is 36 months. Interleuven acts as the purchasing center.
