Equipment for Sludge Processing in Belgium

Aquafin is seeking a supplier for the construction of a sludge dryer at its sites in Beringen and Roeselare. During the implementation phase, the supplier will also provide a temporary membrane bioreactor (MBR) and three activated carbon units to remove PFAS from the condensate water produced by the dryers. After installation, the same contractor will be responsible for remote monitoring and maintenance of the MBR and activated carbon units to ensure the performance of the drying system. The contract duration is a maximum of 36 months, with an option to terminate after 18 months. The bidder must also provide a buyout option after 18 and 36 months of rental. If the buyout option is exercised, a revised maintenance contract can be negotiated at that time.
