Supply of Vehicle Parts for National Security Service

This public procurement contract involves the delivery of spare parts (auto parts) for vehicles of various makes and models used by the National Security Service (NSS). The type and quantity of required auto parts will be determined based on the specific needs for repairs, maintenance, and/or servicing of NSS vehicles, which, according to Article 32, Paragraph 2 of the National Security Service Act (NSSA), are carried out in their own auto service. The goal of this contract is to ensure the supply of original, factory-new (unused), high-quality auto parts with guaranteed provenance during the contract period. These parts will be used for the repair, maintenance, and servicing of NSS vehicles, which have the status of a 'security service' under the Security Services Act (SSA), with specific functions that are part of the national security protection, including the protection of high-ranking state authorities through specialized transport as per Article 19 of the NSSA. According to Article 32, Paragraph 2 of the NSSA, for security purposes, repairs, maintenance, and servicing of NSS specialized vehicles are carried out in their own auto service, which must be ensured through the awarding of this contract.
