Construction of District Heating Pipeline Networks

The German government is seeking suppliers for the construction of district heating pipeline networks. This project involves several key tasks: 1. Earthworks: - Excavation of trenches for district heating pipes up to 1.25 meters deep, approximately 2,300 cubic meters. - Excavation of head holes for building connections up to 1.75 meters deep, approximately 300 cubic meters. - Supply and installation of soil, approximately 2,700 cubic meters. 2. Surface Restoration: - Removal and restoration of asphalt surfaces, approximately 1,500 square meters. - Removal and restoration of small paving stones, approximately 300 square meters. - Removal and restoration of grass and planting areas, approximately 3,000 square meters. 3. Building Connections: - Installation of district heating pipes into buildings, approximately 50 units. 4. Pipeline Construction: - Dismantling of existing underground district heating pipes (DN 32 to 125) in open trenches, approximately 5,100 meters. - Installation of new underground composite pipes, welded (DN 25 to 150), in open trenches, approximately 600 fittings for welding, including insulation at weld points. - Installation of approximately 50 shut-off valves and other fittings.
