Dairy Products Procurement for Social Assistance Units

This contract involves the procurement of dairy products necessary for the daily food consumption of individuals in social assistance units under the authority mentioned in Annex 1 of the specifications document. The requested products are divided into two lots, as detailed in the specifications. Supply contracts will be awarded by lot and for the entire quantity of each lot. The contracts will be awarded for the minimum quantity of products required for the delivery period from August to December 2025. The minimum quantity is the amount needed by December 31, 2025, while the maximum quantity may include potential increases from January to April 2026. Suppliers have 17 days to request clarifications before the bid submission deadline. The contracting authority will provide clear and complete responses to all clarification requests on the 11th day before the bid submission deadline.
