Aircraft Parts Procurement Framework Agreement

This Framework Agreement aims to establish the legal framework, terms, conditions, and technical requirements that will generally govern the contracts made by the parties under this agreement. It focuses on the acquisition and supply of spare parts for electrical and electronic equipment, as well as generators for the aircraft of the Spanish Air and Space Force. These parts are detailed in the illustrated catalogs or other technical publications approved by the Air Force, which are necessary for the maintenance of these fleets, as outlined in Clause 2 of the Technical Specifications.
