Developing detailed project documentation for the construction of the railway, which will outline the specific requirements for the project and serve as the basis for the tender process for the construction work. This includes assessments of compliance and suitability for interoperability elements. 4. Ensuring the supervision of the project designer during the construction phase. 5. Executing the construction according to the approved project documentation and the legally binding construction permit.
