Security Services in Hungary

This contract involves the comprehensive operation and development of security technology equipment and systems, as well as the maintenance and repair of fire and gas detectors under a framework agreement. Detailed information can be found in the procurement guide, specifically in Appendix 1 ("Price Table") and the Technical Description and its appendices (including documents on Remote Monitoring, List of Security Systems, and Maintenance of Security Technology). It is important to note that maintenance of security systems is not performed regularly, but only upon special order. The operation must ensure the continuous functionality of the security systems operated by BKV Zrt. The tasks include the repair, maintenance, and potential development of security technology equipment, as well as the repair and maintenance of gas detectors and fire alarms. During maintenance of fire alarms, gas detectors, and other equipment, the maintenance processes specified by the manufacturer must be followed. The planned quantities specified in point BT-24 are based on currently operated systems and equipment at AK and are determined for a period of 12 months, referred to as estimated quantities. These quantities are provided to facilitate the justified evaluation of bids, and the total bid price without value-added tax is based on these estimated data; however, the services ordered under the contract may differ from these estimates. Bidders must submit their proposals with this understanding. Only unit prices will be indicated in the annex of the contract.
