Construction of a Fire Station and Community Center in Bickendorf

The Verbandsgemeinde Bitburger Land is planning to construct a fire station that includes an integrated community center in Bickendorf. This procurement process seeks planning and construction supervision services necessary for this project. The designated site for the construction is marked in orange on the site plan. The building is expected to have a total usable area of approximately 576 square meters. The plans have been coordinated with the funding agencies for flood relief and investment stocks. The attached plans need to be revised as follows: the community hall should only have an area of 140 square meters, and the cost breakdown at the third level should clearly separate the funding sources to demonstrate the financial needs for each funding provider and establish a distribution key for the planning costs. The planning phases 1 and 2, which have been coordinated with the Supervisory and Service Directorate (ADD), should be adopted with the above-mentioned requirements to ensure they can be funded. The building must be designed to be accessible. As part of the technical equipment planning, a tender for a self-supply system (PV system) and a heat generator, such as heat pumps, will be issued. Additionally, the kitchen planning should be carried out by the technical equipment planner in consultation with the municipality. In the planning of the electrical technical equipment, at least one connection for e-mobility must be planned.
