Fuel Supply for Multiple Locations in Czech Republic

This procurement opportunity involves the supply of fuel for various locations including Česká Lípa, Dubá, Jablonné v Podještědí, Mimoň, Nový Bor, Frýdlant, and Český Dub. The fuel must meet current technical standards, specifically the ČSN EN 590 standard for diesel and the ČSN EN 228 standard for Natural 95 gasoline. From December 1 to February 28, the supplier may be required to provide Arctic diesel according to ČSN EN 590, which must have a filterability of less than -32°C, suitable for arctic or extremely cold climate conditions. It is anticipated that Arctic diesel will make up about 10% of the total supply volume, corresponding to one month of the contract duration. The fuel cards will include: i) personal cards containing a personal identifier, such as the driver's name, which the driver retains; and ii) vehicle cards containing all necessary information, which remain in the vehicle. Both personal and vehicle cards must be paired. This public contract is divided into 7 separate parts according to § 35 ZZVZ, based on the individual locations of the buyer.
