Food Supply Contract for 24 Months

The contracting authority will establish framework agreements for each lot for a duration of 24 months, with a maximum of 3 economic operators. Subsequent contracts will be awarded monthly, quarterly, or semi-annually. The quantities for the 48 lots are specified in the specifications document. Suppliers can request clarifications up to 15 days before the deadline for submitting offers. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarifications or additional information on the 10th day before the deadline for submitting offers, in accordance with Article 161 of Law No. 98/2016.
