Food and Beverage Supply and Transport for Student Canteen in Iasi

This framework agreement aims to procure food necessary for the proper functioning of the 'Tudor Vladimirescu' student canteen in Iasi, along with the transportation of these goods. The procurement will be conducted through an open online auction process. The framework agreement will be valid for 12 months from the date both parties sign the supply contract. Three subsequent contracts will be established: the first will be signed after the framework agreement and will be valid for 4 months, covering 40% of the total quantity; the second will also be valid for 4 months, covering another 40%; the third will be based on the contracting authority's needs, covering 20% and may extend beyond the framework agreement's validity as per Article 107, paragraph 4 of HG 395/2016. Notably, for products primarily used for the Rose project (such as packaged honey, tea, individually wrapped jam, Greek yogurt, processed cheese, portioned butter, Prague ham, pork tenderloin, sausages, pork pastrami, etc.), quantities will be larger in the third subsequent contract. Suppliers can request clarifications up to 20 days before the deadline for submitting offers, and the contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification by the 11th day.
