Food and Beverage Supply for Student Canteen in Iași

This contract involves the procurement of food supplies necessary for the efficient operation of the 'Tudor Vladimirescu' student canteen in Iași, along with their transportation. The procurement will be conducted through an open online bidding process. The framework agreement will be valid for 12 months from the date both parties sign the supply contract. Three subsequent contracts will be established: the first will be signed after the framework agreement and will last for 4 months, covering 40% of the total quantity; the second will also last for 4 months, covering another 40%; the third will be based on the contracting authority's needs, covering 20% and may extend beyond the framework agreement's validity as per legal provisions. The supply of products will commence with the start of the 2025-2026 academic year and will continue until all contractual obligations are fulfilled. The contracting authority will notify the supplier in writing of the exact start date for product delivery. Suppliers can request clarifications up to 20 days before the submission deadline, and the contracting authority will respond to all requests clearly and completely by the 11th day.
