Digital Africa is seeking to acquire an international Human Resources Information System (HRIS) software to enhance its human resources management, particularly for employees based abroad, especially in Africa. The goal is to select a provider capable of delivering a SaaS HRIS that meets Digital Africa's specific HR management needs while complying with international standards. Key features required include recruitment management, contract drafting according to local labor laws, payroll and benefits management, leave and absence management, optional candidate database and sourcing, career and skills management, performance tracking, and HR reporting and analytics. The software must be accessible online, multilingual, compliant with African and international labor laws and data protection regulations, capable of data extraction and integration from other HRIS software, and compatible with the company's existing HR software.
