    Brief

    This public procurement contract involves the ongoing supply of spinal implants for the Neurosurgery department, based on the current needs of the buyer, in accordance with the tender conditions and technical specifications. Deliveries will take place over a period of 48 months from the effective date of the contract. The goods supplied must meet the requirements outlined in Appendix 2 - Technical Specifications, and must be new and original. All technical parameters are stated as minimum requirements; participants may offer comparable or higher-quality medical devices. The contract also includes the establishment of a consignment warehouse, training for staff, and technical support provided by a specialized supplier representative during intervention procedures on working days, as needed and by prior telephone agreement, as well as the loan of instruments. The buyer notes that the maximum reimbursement amount set by the VZP for the offered medical devices cannot be exceeded.
