Public Procurement for Baby Food and Snacks

This contract involves a framework agreement for the public procurement of powdered milk, baby cereals, and sweets for the General Directorate of Social Assistance and Child Protection in Vaslui, Romania. Under this framework agreement, three subsequent supply contracts will be established. Deliveries will be made to the centers managed by the General Directorate of Social Assistance and Child Protection in Vaslui, as specified in the terms of reference. The anticipated duration of the framework agreement is 12 months from the date of its establishment. Economic operators can request clarifications or additional information 18 days before the deadline for submitting offers. The contracting authority will respond to clarification requests by the 11th day before the submission deadline. The estimated total value of the procedure is 890,225.34 lei, excluding VAT. There are four lots: 1) Bulk powdered milk, with a minimum value of 27.00 lei and a maximum of 27,540.00 lei; 2) Infant powdered milk, with a minimum value of 312.11 lei and a maximum of 44,943.84 lei; 3) Baby cereals, with a minimum value of 66.99 lei and a maximum of 33,495.00 lei; 4) Sweets, snacks, and desserts, with a minimum value of 332.34 lei and a maximum of 784,246.50 lei. The quantities of products are specified in the terms of reference.
