Public Procurement for Personal Care Products

This contract involves a framework agreement for the public procurement of hygiene, sanitary products, and disinfectants for the General Directorate of Social Assistance and Child Protection in Vaslui. Under this framework agreement, four subsequent supply contracts will be established. Deliveries will be made to the centers under the authority of the General Directorate of Social Assistance and Child Protection in Vaslui, as specified in the terms of reference. The anticipated duration of the framework agreement is 15 months from the date of its establishment. Economic operators may request clarifications or additional information 18 days before the deadline for submitting offers. The contracting authority will respond to clarification requests by the 11th day before the submission deadline. The estimated total value of the framework agreement, excluding VAT, ranges from a minimum of 237.98 lei to a maximum of 917,489 lei, divided into several lots: Lot 1 – Personal Care Products (22 items) with an estimated value of 170.63 lei to 557,964 lei; Lot 2 – Chlorine-based disinfectants with an estimated value of 0.15 lei to 75,000 lei; Lot 3 – Liquid disinfectants for hygienic hand and skin disinfection with an estimated value of 26.89 lei to 134,450 lei; Lot 4 – Surface disinfectants with an estimated value of 20.59 lei to 51,475 lei; Lot 5 – Liquid disinfectants for clothing with an estimated value of 19.72 lei to 98,600 lei. The quantities of products are specified in the terms of reference.
