The contract involves providing recruitment services to effectively attract students for a 6-year medical program conducted in English at the Medical University of Bialystok, following the EU curriculum, for three consecutive academic years, specifically targeting candidates from Spain. The recruitment service provider is expected to identify candidates who will be accepted by the university's recruitment committee and who will pay the required tuition fees on time. Key responsibilities include: 1) Effectively recruiting students, 2) Verifying candidates' documentation in English or Polish, 3) Informing candidates about admission criteria and providing assistance with the application process, 4) Offering information on student visas, 5) Submitting complete documentation for all candidates by August 31 each academic year, 6) Promoting the English-taught program, including maintaining a website with relevant information, 7) Providing an annual report on promotional activities, 8) Informing students about educational offerings and living conditions in Poland, 9) Collaborating with the university for an orientation week, and 10) Providing the university with current educational system information from the recruitment countries. The contractor must ensure at least 3 and no more than 80 candidates are accepted into the program.
