Brief
This contract is for the supply of food items necessary for the daily nourishment of beneficiaries in social centers managed by the Roman Directorate of Social Assistance. The food items are divided into 13 lots, with a framework agreement awarded to a single economic operator. The duration of the framework agreement is 12 months. The estimated maximum value (in lei, excluding VAT) for each lot is as follows: Lot 1 - Eggs: 34,444.00 lei; Lot 2 - Vegetables, fruits, and nuts: 221,200.10 lei; Lot 3 - Poultry and meat products: 128,480.80 lei; Lot 4 - Pork, beef, lamb, and other meat products: 152,070.00 lei; Lot 5 - Prepared poultry, pork, beef, and lamb products: 422,357.00 lei; Lot 6 - Prepared fish and fish preserves: 118,133.80 lei; Lot 7 - Processed fruits and vegetables: 166,025.00 lei; Lot 8 - Animal and vegetable oils and fats: 41,281.30 lei; Lot 9 - Milk and dairy products: 246,873.90 lei; Lot 10 - Milling products, starch, amylaceous products, and various pasta: 72,295.98 lei; Lot 11 - Bakery, pastry, and confectionery products: 141,595.00 lei; Lot 12 - Spices, non-alcoholic beverages, and various food products: 87,718.80 lei; Lot 13 - Sugar, chocolate, cocoa, and sugary products: 89,384.00 lei. The estimated maximum value (in lei, excluding VAT) of the largest anticipated subsequent contract during the framework agreement is as follows: Lot 1 - 17,222.00 lei; Lot 2 - 110,600.05 lei; Lot 3 - 64,240.40 lei; Lot 4 - 76,035.00 lei; Lot 5 - 211,178.50 lei; Lot 6 - 59,066.90 lei; Lot 7 - 83,012.50 lei; Lot 8 - 20,640.00 lei; Lot 9 - 123,436.95 lei; Lot 10 - 36,147.99 lei; Lot 11 - 70,797.50 lei; Lot 12 - 43,859.40 lei; Lot 13 - 44,692.00 lei. The frequency and value of subsequent contracts will depend on allocated funds and the needs of the contracting authority. A minimum of 2 and a maximum of 6 subsequent contracts will be awarded. The estimated minimum and maximum quantities for each lot can be found in the annex to the specifications. Suppliers can request clarifications on the awarding documentation until the 15th day before the deadline for submitting offers. The contracting authority will respond to clarification requests no later than the 11th day before the deadline for submitting offers.
