Training Services for Electronic Signature Interoperability Project

The Romanian government is seeking suppliers to provide training and professional development services for the project aimed at developing an interoperability platform for remote qualified electronic signatures. This project will integrate electronic document management services and ensure the long-term preservation and security of electronically signed documents for central public authorities. Suppliers should note that the contracting authority will respond to all clarification requests clearly and completely by the 11th day before the deadline for submitting offers, provided that these requests are received at least 18 days before the submission deadline.
