    The Technical University of Cluj-Napoca is seeking suppliers for the provision of electricity to power 32 consumption points currently in operation. We anticipate awarding 2 subsequent contracts. The estimated minimum and maximum values for the framework agreement are 660,000 lei for one month and 9,900,000 lei for 12 months. The maximum estimated value may be exceeded based on needs and allocated funds, in accordance with legal provisions, specifically Article 221, paragraph 1, letter c) of Law no. 98/2016. The estimated minimum and maximum quantities for the framework agreement are 600 MWh for one month and 9,000 MWh for 12 months. The estimated minimum and maximum quantities for the largest subsequent contract are 600 MWh for one month and 6,000 MWh for 12 months. The estimated minimum and maximum values for the largest subsequent contract are 660,000 lei and 6,600,000 lei, respectively. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information 10 days before the deadline for submitting offers. (The number of days for requesting clarifications before the deadline for submitting offers is 18 days.)
