Engineering and Construction Works for Energy Renovation of Residential Buildings in Gabrovo

This contract involves engineering, design, and construction works related to the energy renovation of multi-family residential buildings in the municipality of Gabrovo. The project is divided into several lots, each specifying different locations within Gabrovo: - Lot 1: 67 Svishovska St., Entrances A, B, and C - Lot 2: 41, 43, and 45 Mogilyov Blvd. - Lot 3: 61 Svishovska St. - Lot 4: 1 Trendafil St., 6, 8, 10, 12, and 14 Chrysanthemum St. - Lot 5: 2 Vuzrazhdane St. - Lot 6: 132, 134, and 136 Nikolaevska St. - Lot 7: 1 Mladost St., Block 'Burya' - Lot 8: 1 Chardafon Veliki St. This public procurement is part of the investment procedure BG-RRP-4.023, aimed at supporting sustainable energy renovation of the residential building stock under the Operational Program 'National Recovery and Resilience Plan', priority axis 'Low-Carbon Economy'. The goal is to achieve comprehensive results related to improving the quality of life, protecting the environment, and enhancing the overall architectural appearance of Gabrovo through energy efficiency measures. According to Article 114 of the Public Procurement Act, the execution of the contract will be considered awarded once funding is secured.
