    Brief

    This contract involves the design and execution of construction works for the railway line 202 between Gdynia Chylonia and Lębork as part of the project "Works on Railway Line 202 from Gdynia Chylonia to Słupsk" - Phase II. The scope of the contract includes the following key elements: 1. Development of project documentation, including: a) construction project, b) execution projects with work estimates and technical specifications, c) obtaining water law permits, d) obtaining environmental impact assessment decisions, e) obtaining decisions on the location of the railway line and/or public investment location decisions, f) obtaining construction permits and other necessary administrative decisions, g) conducting necessary valuation reports for compensation payments for acquired properties (land, buildings), h) preparation of as-built documentation, including geodetic as-built documentation. 2. Construction works including: a) expanding the line to a double-track system, b) reconstructing tracks to accommodate passenger train speeds of up to 200 km/h and freight train speeds of up to 120 km/h, c) installing new railway traffic control devices, d) telecommunications systems, e) overhead power supply network, f) electrical systems up to 1 kV, g) construction and reconstruction of engineering structures, h) platforms and building structures, i) construction of new passenger stops, j) crossings and passages, k) eliminating level crossings with roads, l) geological and geotechnical work. 3. Construction of facilities for environmental protection. 4. As-built documentation, including: a) development of technical regulations in cooperation with the contracting authority, based on Instruction Ir-3, after the completion of construction works, covering all sectors, b) preparation of geodetic as-built documentation: - line profiling and longitudinal profile of the railway line, - acceptance protocols for track regulation signs, - numerical situational and height map with geodetic as-built inventory, c) conducting compliance assessment processes for subsystems and providing relevant declarations and CE certificates for subsystems, d) preparation of documentation for the establishment and measurement of the railway basic geodetic framework and special railway framework, e) development of new traffic control station schemes and dispatch points. 5. Conducting compliance assessment processes for structural subsystems covered by the contract at every stage (design, construction, and final subsystem testing) and providing relevant verification declarations and CE certificates for subsystems. The interface option includes: the provision of services specified in Chapter 5 of Volume III - PFU "Expected Changes in Interface Scope" - Interface Option. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is presented in the Functional-Utility Program (PFU) which constitutes Volume III of the SWZ.
