    Brief

The City of Cuxhaven is seeking suppliers for the reactivation of two train stops: Altenwalde and Spieka. The project involves the construction of a new train station in Altenwalde, which will include a 175-meter long platform and necessary infrastructure improvements near the railway crossing at Robert-Koch-Straße. This station will connect to the Cuxhaven-Bremerhaven railway line, which currently operates hourly with non-electrified trains. It is estimated that around 300 passengers will use the Altenwalde stop daily. The exact location of the platform in relation to the railway crossing is still to be determined. Similarly, the municipality of Wurster Nordseeküste plans to reactivate the Spieka train stop, which will also feature a 175-meter long platform and necessary improvements near the guest center on Wurster Straße. This stop is expected to serve approximately 240 passengers daily. Suppliers interested in this opportunity should refer to the provided link for more details.
