Pharmaceutical Products – Oral Antitumor Drugs

This contract involves supplying pharmacies at various sites of the contracting authority with oral antitumor medications in different dosages and forms. Delivery locations include: Chirec asbl, with sites at: • Hôpital de Braine-l’Alleud - Waterloo – Rue Wayez 35 – 1420 Braine-l’Alleud • Hôpital Delta – Boulevard du Triomphe 201 – 1160 Brussels • Clinique Sainte-Anne Saint-Remi – Boulevard Jules Graindor 66 – 1070 Brussels. The contract is divided into the following lots: Lot 1: Bosutinib (oral) - Tablets of 100 mg and 400 mg; Lot 2: Lenalidomide (oral) - Capsules of 5 mg, 10 mg, 15 mg, 20 mg, and 25 mg; Lot 3: Pomalidomide (oral) - Capsules of 2 mg, 3 mg, and 4 mg. Bidders can respond to one, several, or all lots. Bidders cannot propose improvements or additional discounts when submitting for two or more lots. There are no options or variants. The contract will be for an initial duration of 1 year, with the possibility of automatic renewal for up to 3 additional years, making the maximum duration 4 years (1+1+1+1). The contracting authority may choose not to renew the contract at least 2 months before the current term ends, without needing to provide justification or compensation to the bidders. Orders placed before the contract expiration will still be fulfilled. The estimated value of the contract, based on current purchasing data, is approximately €57,000 excluding VAT per year, totaling €228,000 excluding VAT for the maximum duration of the contract (4 years).
