Pharmaceutical Products – Antitumor Drugs

This contract is for the supply of antitumor medications to pharmacies at various sites of the contracting authority. The medications can be administered orally or via injection, and they come in different dosages and forms. Delivery locations include: - Chirec asbl, sites: • Hôpital de Braine-l’Alleud - Waterloo – Rue Wayez 35 – 1420 Braine-l’Alleud • Hôpital Delta – Boulevard du Triomphe 201 – 1160 Bruxelles • Clinique Sainte-Anne Saint-Remi – Boulevard Jules Graindor 66 – 1070 Bruxelles The contract is divided into the following lots: - Lot 1: Pemetrexed in a solution for infusion (L01BA04) in dosages of 100 mg/4 ml, 500 mg/20 ml, and 1000 mg/40 ml. - Lot 2: Paclitaxel in powder form for injectable dispersion for infusion (L01CD01) in an albumin-bound nanoparticle formulation, dosage of 100 mg. - Lot 3: Nilotinib for oral use (L01EA03) in capsules of 50 mg, 150 mg, and 200 mg. - Lot 4: Axitinib for oral use (L01EK01) in tablets of 1 mg and 5 mg. - Lot 5: Obinutuzumab in a solution for infusion (L01FA03) in a dosage of 1000 mg/40 ml. Bidders may respond to one lot, multiple lots, or all lots. Bidders cannot propose enhancements or additional discounts when submitting bids for two or more lots. Options: None. Variants: None. Contract Duration: The contract will be for an initial duration of 1 year, with the possibility of automatic renewal for up to 3 additional terms of 1 year each, making the maximum duration of the contract 4 years (1+1+1+1). The contracting authority may choose not to renew the contract at least 2 months before the end of the current term without providing justification, and this will not entitle the suppliers to any compensation. Orders placed before the expiration date will still be fulfilled. Estimated Contract Value: Based on current purchasing data, the estimated annual value of the contract is approximately €330,000 excluding VAT, totaling €1,320,000 excluding VAT for the maximum duration of the contract (4 years).
