Landscaping Works for Schillerschule in Bürstadt

This project involves the replacement and new construction of the Schillerschule, a primary school in Bürstadt with approximately 650 students. The new building will cover an area of about 7,500 m² across three floors, including 24 classrooms, multipurpose and care rooms, school administration offices, and technical rooms. The contracted services will focus on restoring and redesigning the outdoor facilities, which include landscaping works with the following scope: - Approximately 5,500 m³ of earthworks for drainage and substructure - Approximately 2,700 m³ of gravel for frost protection and base layer - Approximately 500 m of curbstones - Approximately 2,650 m² of concrete paving - Approximately 2,200 m² of asphalt surface - Approximately 525 m² of water-bound path surface - Approximately 3,000 m² of grass and planting areas - 33 various tree plantings - Approximately 1,300 various shrub plantings - 1 infiltration system with sedimentation and emergency overflow - Approximately 480 m of underground heating lines - 19 foundations for street lighting poles including approximately 340 m of cable trench.
