This contract opportunity involves providing childcare services at Seehof School under the 'Pact for All-Day Care' program, starting from August 1, 2026. The service provider will be responsible for the organization and financial management of a support and care program for approximately 44 children. Key responsibilities include: - Developing a pedagogical concept for the care services in collaboration with the school. - Organizing a healthy and age-appropriate lunch service, ensuring it is warm and nutritious. - Managing the school library for at least 3 hours daily. - Providing after-school care for one group from 7:30 AM to 3:00 PM and another group from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM, five days a week. - Offering holiday care from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM, based on agreement with the school leadership and as needed. - Ensuring a minimum of 40 days of service per school year, with a maximum closure of 4 weeks. Staffing requirements include: - At least one qualified professional present during the entire care program, especially for the first 25 hours per week. - Initially, two staff members per care group, including at least one educational professional. - Group sizes of 12-25 children, with adjustments possible upon agreement with the client. If parental contributions are collected, they must be coordinated with the school. Financial support will be provided through state and district funds, and any unallocated funds or surpluses must be returned. It is preferred that the current childcare staff be retained. Evaluation criteria for bids include the parental contribution and the pedagogical concept, as detailed in the tender documents.
