Procurement of Personal Computers for Business Continuity

This contract involves the necessary actions to ensure the Business Continuity of selected public administration entities, enabling chosen employees to fulfill their work obligations remotely and securely. The project aims to enhance the operational capacity of public sector staff and ensure uninterrupted access to critical information systems and infrastructures, regardless of circumstances. Key components of the project include: • Providing laptops to a selected group of public sector officials, • Providing connections for data exchange within and outside the SYZEFXIS II system. The services fall under the following Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV) codes: 30213000-5 (Personal Computers), 72000000-5 (Information Technology Services: Consulting, Software Development, Internet, and Support), and 64212000-5 (Mobile Phone Services). The contract is not divided into lots, and bids are accepted for the entire scope of work. After the initial contract is signed, the contracting authority may exercise an option to increase the scope of the project (as described herein) by up to twenty percent (20%) of the contract price during project implementation and before the contract expires. Before the contract ends, the project owner may decide to exercise a maintenance option up to the amount of €837,684.00 excluding VAT (budget including VAT: €1,038,728.16, VAT 24% €201,044.16), based on the financial offer of the selected contractor for maintenance services (as described in Annex I). Therefore, the total maximum estimated value of the contract, including the options mentioned above, amounts to €3,629,964.00 excluding VAT (budget including VAT: €4,501,155.36, VAT 24% €871,191.36). The exercise of the aforementioned options is subject to securing funding. The contract duration is set for nine (9) months, including the process of reviewing and accepting deliverables, as specified in Annex I. A detailed description of the physical and financial scope of the contract is provided in ANNEX I – Detailed Description of the Physical and Financial Scope of the Contract or in another descriptive document of this announcement. The contract will be awarded based on the criterion of the most economically advantageous offer, based on the best quality-price ratio.
