Brief
This contract involves two main parts: 1) Part I – Delivery of 6 identical, brand new, zero-emission electric buses of Class II, Category M3. The buses must be brand new, unused, fully operational, produced no earlier than 2025, and sourced from an official distribution channel within Poland or the European Union, free from any third-party rights. The buses cannot be from showroom displays. They must be of the same model/type, version, and have identical equipment and passenger space organization. All components, parts, solutions, and technical parameters must be the same across all offered buses. The buses should be delivered with additional equipment, necessary authorizations, software, documentation, and training. The contracting authority will consider a vehicle to be brand new if it has a mileage of no more than 1,000 kilometers due to necessary technical inspections, obtaining relevant homologations, and transport to the contracting authority. The contracting authority allows the delivery of the item by the contractor's own means, on wheels without the use of trailers. The contractor is required to submit a statement on the day of vehicle delivery with a mileage exceeding 50 km, indicating the mileage of the vehicle delivered to the contracting authority, including the route taken and the distance in kilometers related to the execution of the contract. A detailed description of the subject of the contract for Part I is included in Annex 3a to the SWZ. 2) Part II – Delivery, installation, and commissioning of three brand new dual-position stationary charging stations for electric buses. The stations must have the capability to charge with direct current, with a maximum output power of 120 kW for one connector or, if using two connectors, a maximum output power of 60 kW each. In total, the contracting authority requires the establishment of 6 charging points (positions) for electric buses. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is specified in Annex 3b to the SWZ.
