Installation of Ventilation and Air Conditioning Systems at Klaus-Groth School

The project involves the construction of a new sports hall at Klaus-Groth School, designed as a two-court facility without seating, along with ancillary rooms. The hall will be used for school and club sports, accommodating a maximum of 70 people, and will not serve as an event venue. The design includes equipment rooms for both the school and clubs, as well as changing rooms and sanitary facilities in accordance with ASR regulations. The single-story building will surround the approximately 10-meter high hall on the north, east, and west sides. Additionally, it will feature an accessible and gender-neutral restroom. Other ancillary rooms will be tailored for sports hall usage. The new building is planned to meet Energy Efficiency House 40 standards and aims to achieve a Silver DGNB certification, with funding from the BEG KfN.
