Construction and Maintenance of Roads in Burgas

The purpose of this contract is to establish a framework agreement with potential contractors for the construction, major repair, rehabilitation (including design), and ongoing maintenance of streets, municipal roads, and their facilities in the designated sub-region 1 "OP 1 Meden Rudnik" within the municipality of Burgas. This procedure aims to sign a framework agreement between the Municipality of Burgas and potential contractors, where not all conditions for awarding individual contracts are defined. The maximum number of potential contractors with whom the contracting authority will sign a framework agreement is up to 2 (two) or a smaller number if there are not enough participants meeting the selection criteria or the previously announced conditions of the contracting authority. The execution of the public procurement includes activities related to construction (including project preparation when necessary), major repairs, rehabilitation, and ongoing maintenance of streets and roads in the territorial scope according to Appendix T1.1. The activities include ensuring year-round normal operation of the road/street, maintaining the technical condition of the road/street and road facilities in accordance with applicable regulations and technical specifications for construction products, including the removal of individual damages and deformations, local damages due to normal operation, and damages to the road surface and road facilities. The total length of the street network in the municipality of Burgas is 399,512 meters, with specific details provided in the appendices. Note: The contract does not include activities related to the repair and maintenance of road accessories such as traffic signs, road markings, traffic lights, and other elements related to traffic organization and safety. The specific projects and types of activities will be clarified by the contracting authority in individual written invitations to potential contractors based on the available financial resources and needs.
