The contracting authority intends to establish a framework agreement for hotel accommodation services for delegates of SNTGN TRANSGAZ SA traveling for business purposes within Romania. Contracts may be awarded through a competitive process, considering the most financially advantageous offer for the requested accommodation services. If multiple rooms are requested in the same invitation, the best financial offer will also be calculated based on the total price per night per delegate. All costs must be included in the offer, and any modification or cancellation fees will be the responsibility of the contracting authority. Invitations for re-bidding and all communications regarding contract awards will be conducted exclusively via email. The frequency of awarding subsequent contracts will depend on the need for travel by the contracting authority's personnel or delegates, adhering to the conditions outlined in the framework agreement. The criteria for awarding contracts will be based on the lowest price. The estimated minimum and maximum quantities for the entire framework agreement are 728 to 43,962 nights of accommodation, while for individual subsequent contracts, they range from 1 to 30 nights. The estimated value of the largest subsequent contract is 8,329.20 lei, and the maximum value of the framework agreement is 12,383,533.80 lei. Suppliers can request clarifications until 18 days before the deadline for submitting offers, and the contracting authority will respond to all requests for clarification 11 days before the submission deadline.
