Medical Supplies for Transfusion Diagnostics

This procurement opportunity is for consumable materials used in transfusion diagnostics, as specified in the technical documentation and cost estimate. Supplies will be delivered successively based on the buyer's delivery requests, with a maximum delivery time of 7 calendar days from the request date. All contractual obligations must be fulfilled by the contractor by the end of the contract period. Goods are considered delivered when they are handed over along with the necessary documentation. The contract duration is 12 months, starting after the current contracts expire on August 31, 2025. The quantity of supplies is estimated and will be procured based on the buyer's actual needs, which may be more or less than the estimated amount. The procurement value includes costs related to the devices provided for free use, including delivery, installation, necessary adjustments, training, technical documentation in Croatian, troubleshooting, and all required consumables and spare parts for maintenance. The contractor must notify the buyer in writing at least 3 days before the delivery date. A contract for the free use of the devices will also be established.
