Procurement of Apalutamide and Other Medicines

This contract involves the procurement of medicines, specifically apalutamide, according to the technical specifications outlined in the Cost Estimate and procurement documentation. Deliveries will be made successively based on the buyer's delivery requests, with a maximum delivery time of 5 calendar days from the request date, as per the supplier's offer. All contractual obligations must be fulfilled by the end of the contract period. Goods are considered delivered when they are handed over along with the necessary procurement documentation. The start of deliveries is defined in the public procurement contract, which is set for a period of 12 months. The quantity of medicines to be procured is approximate, as determined by the Cost Estimate, and will be purchased successively according to the buyer's delivery requests. The buyer will purchase goods based on actual needs and is not obligated to buy the entire estimated quantity listed in the Cost Estimate. The actual quantity procured may be greater or less than the estimated quantity, depending on the buyer's needs and available financial resources.
