Accommodation Services for External Confirmation Camps 2027 - 2028 + 2 Optional Years

The City of Espoo has six parishes: Espoonlahden Parish, Espoon Cathedral Parish, Leppävaara Parish, Olarin Parish, Tapiola Parish, and Esbo Swedish Parish. The Espoo Parish Union Office manages agreed matters such as parish office services, finances, and properties. The procurement unit is the Espoo Parish Union, represented by property services. This procurement is for services related to external confirmation camp locations for the contract period of 2027 - 2028, with an option for 2 additional years. The parishes in Espoo organize approximately 50-60 confirmation camp weeks annually at external camp locations, which complement their own camp center offerings. Camp locations are sought during school holiday periods, with popular times being early June, July, early August, and the winter holiday week. Camps are held in Finland, in a peaceful and pleasant learning environment, no more than 500 km from the center of Espoo. The location must be safe, and the group should have the opportunity to operate as a separate unit. The procurement concerns weeks 8 of 2027 - 2028 and summer weeks 23-32, with the option for the same camp weeks in 2029-2030. Each summer camp week has about 4-10 camps, and each camp lasts for 7 days, typically from Monday to Monday. Each confirmation camp has about 35-40 participants. The camp group may decrease or increase from the initial reservation if the service provider has available capacity. The billable number of participants will be confirmed no later than 14 days before the camp date. A necessary number of providers (25) will be selected for the framework arrangement to ensure the success of the confirmation camps each year, and there is no obligation for minimum purchases. The contract duration is 24 months with the possibility of 2 optional years.
