    Brief

    This contract opportunity involves the implementation of pre-funded Universal Employment Service Checks (CESU) in the Alpes de Haute Provence department for the payment of the Personalized Autonomy Allowance (APA) and the Disability Compensation Benefit (PCH). In addition to providing human assistance, the Alpes de Haute Provence department will also implement payments in the form of Personalized Support Checks (CAP) for hygiene services provided to elderly and disabled beneficiaries. A paid mandate agreement will be established with the selected service providers. The indicative order volume for the year 2024 is as follows: CESU: €2,055,088 including tax for 568 beneficiaries; CAP: €734,465 (no VAT) for 1,026 beneficiaries.
