Land Maintenance Services in Hungary

This contract involves mowing services for areas outside the crown line without collecting the cut grass. The work is divided into six sections: 1. Pest, Borsod-Abaúj-Zemplén, Heves, and Nógrád counties 2. Hajdú-Bihar, Jász-Nagykun-Szolnok, and Szabolcs-Szatmár-Bereg counties 3. Bács-Kiskun, Békés, and Csongrád-Csanád counties 4. Baranya, Somogy, and Tolna counties 5. Komárom-Esztergom, Fejér, and Veszprém counties 6. Győr-Moson-Sopron, Vas, and Zala counties. The contract is a framework agreement, allowing the buyer to place orders for up to 12 months or until the budget is exhausted. If the contract is signed at different times, it becomes effective on the date of the last signature. The buyer can extend the order period if the budget is not fully utilized, with a maximum extension of 12 months. The buyer commits to utilizing at least 70% of the budget.
