Aster Group Enham Village Refurbishment and Workspace Consolidation Project

Aster Group, a major housing association with 37,000 homes and £2.4 billion in assets across southern England and London, is seeking support for a comprehensive refurbishment initiative at Enham Trust's Andover facilities. The project involves consolidating two owned office buildings (Testway House, 15,000 sq ft, and Enham Resource Centre, 14,768 sq ft) into a single collaborative hub that will serve as the cultural and operational center for the Group in Hampshire. This refurbishment aligns with Aster's approved Commercial Estate Strategy and workspace modernization roadmap, which prioritizes transitioning from owned to leased, agile working models. The initiative includes restoring underutilized commercial buildings to support apprenticeships, a volunteers hub, and expanded supported employment services while enhancing the village experience for customers, beneficiaries, and colleagues. Enham Trust, a disability charity supporting disabled individuals to live and work independently, will benefit from upgraded facilities that promote collaboration, community connection, and organizational cohesion across the Aster Group.
