Hot Beverage Vending Machine Services for Corporate Buildings

Vico Homes is seeking a vending machine provider to supply and maintain hot beverage dispensing facilities across 4 corporate office locations throughout the Wakefield District. The successful supplier will need to: install and service vending machines at each location capable of dispensing a range of hot drinks; provide pricing on a per-cup basis for beverages; and quote rental fees for machine provision and maintenance. Current estimated usage is approximately 6,150 cups per month across all sites. This is an ongoing service agreement requiring reliable equipment, regular restocking, and responsive maintenance support.
