Drainage Construction Works at Fire Stations 45 and 60

The Authority is seeking a contractor to undertake drainage construction works at Clyst St George Fire Station (Station 45) and Urban Search and Rescue facility (Station 60). The project involves installing new below-ground drainage runs, constructing manholes, and completing associated reinstatement works to upgrade the existing drainage system. The works aim to improve drainage performance and reduce flood risk to neighbouring properties. Contract start is anticipated in September 2026. Contractors should have experience in drainage infrastructure, below-ground construction, and site reinstatement.
