Construction Work for University Renovation

This public procurement contract involves interior construction modifications to an existing building used by the Cyrilometodějská Theological Faculty of Palacký University in Olomouc. The renovations will include the reconstruction of the entrance areas and the reception, which involves removing secondary walls in the reception room, adding stone flooring, and creating a new glass solution for the reception area facing the entrance hall. Additionally, a fire door will separate the choir area and corridor as a distinct fire section, along with the renovation of four offices. Floor repairs will be made to address the unsatisfactory condition of the structural layers. New electrical installations and the restoration of the plaster ceiling in a historical style will also be carried out. The building is located at Univerzitní 244/22, 779 00 Olomouc, and is a cultural monument situated in a heritage reserve.
