Supplementary Purchase of Digital Bunkers

The National Bank of Poland is seeking suppliers for a supplementary purchase of digital bunkers for a backup system. This includes the following key components: 1. Purchase and delivery of hardware and software or equivalent solutions to the buyer's location. 2. Installation and implementation services, along with the provision of software licenses for the duration of the contract. 3. Creation of post-implementation documentation, including the transfer of copyright and related rights to this documentation. 4. Training workshops for the buyer's employees, including the transfer of copyright and related rights to training materials and ownership of the media containing these materials. 5. Provision of ongoing service support. 6. Warranty for the hardware and software provided. Detailed descriptions of the order, conditions, and terms of execution are outlined in the Draft Contract Provisions, which are attached as Annex No. 6 to the Terms of Reference (SWZ). If an equivalent solution is offered, the supplier must meet the equivalency conditions specified in Section 1, Point 1.2 of Annex No. 1 to the Draft Contract Provisions.
