Purchase and Implementation of DCIM Software

The National Bank of Poland is seeking suppliers for the purchase and implementation of Data Center Infrastructure Management (DCIM) software. This contract includes several key components: 1. Development of a Technical Project by the contractor, including the transfer of copyright to the Technical Project and related rights. 2. Purchase and delivery of the software to the buyer's location, along with detailed subscription/license terms and documentation from the software manufacturer confirming the subscription/license grant. 3. Activation of the software subscription/license by the manufacturer in the manufacturer's service systems. 4. Installation and implementation services provided by the contractor. 5. Post-implementation workshops for up to 4 employees of the buyer, including the transfer of ownership of training materials and necessary licenses for the content in those materials. 6. Preparation of Post-Implementation Documentation by the contractor, including the transfer of copyright to this documentation. 7. Provision of ongoing service support by the contractor. 8. A 36-month quality guarantee on the installation and implementation services, including the delivered software.
