Construction Work for Police Station Renovation in Nové Zámky

This contract involves the renovation and modernization of the District Directorate of the Police Force in Nové Zámky, based on the approved construction project. The work will include construction activities aimed at improving the thermal properties of the building and reducing its energy consumption. Key tasks include: insulating the building's exterior walls and roof, replacing windows and doors, eliminating moisture in the basement walls, partially renovating the central heating system (the building has two boiler rooms, one of which has already been renovated), installing thermostatic valves on radiators, and balancing the entire heating system. Additionally, the project includes replacing lighting fixtures and conducting a comprehensive renovation of the electrical wiring, ensuring barrier-free access to the building, and constructing an accessible restroom. The construction is divided into the following categories: SO 01.1 authorized work and SO 01.2 unauthorized work.
