Renovation of Wittenberge Train Station Building - Flooring Works

The Wohnungsbaugesellschaft der Stadt Wittenberge mbH is seeking contractors for the complete renovation of the Wittenberge train station reception building. This historic building, which is a listed monument, is located at Salomon-Herz-Platz in Wittenberge. The building has a gross floor area of 7,564 m² and consists of four sections: - Section A: a three-story masonry building from 1846, with a basement featuring fieldstone exterior walls and brick interior walls, partially brick vault ceilings, and wooden beam upper floors with a false floor. The roof is flat with a wooden frame and a bitumen covering; this section is currently vacant. - Sections B1 and B2: a two-story masonry extension from 1873, with a basement of brick, partially brick vault ceilings, and wooden beam upper floors. Section B1 includes a two-story hall, while Section B2 is in use as office and functional spaces for Deutsche Bahn. - Section C: a single-story masonry extension from 1924, partially basement, with exterior walls in cast concrete and steel beam ceilings. The overall dimensions of the building are approximately 112 m wide, 25 m deep, and 17 m high. Suppliers are invited to submit their bids for the flooring works required for this renovation project.
