Equipment Maintenance and Repair Services for Waste Thermal Treatment Plant in Krakow

This contract involves the inspection and repair of equipment and installations at the Waste Thermal Treatment Plant (ZTPO) in Krakow. The contractor is required to complete all scheduled work on time and ensure that all technical and technological parameters meet or exceed the standards prior to the maintenance period, allowing for safe and efficient operations at the plant. The contracting authority will provide the necessary parts. The contractor must have the appropriate qualifications for the installation, modernization, and repair of pressure equipment, as regulated by the Technical Supervision Office. Additionally, the contractor must implement a certified quality management system, at least ISO 9001:2015, for services related to the repair and modernization of electrical installations, machinery, piping, and structures, verified by an independent certification body. The scope of work also includes the replacement of all fast-wearing materials in accordance with the Technical and Operational Documentation provided by the equipment manufacturers. If the contract references trademarks, patents, or catalog numbers, equivalent products may be offered. Equivalent products must have performance and durability parameters that are not worse than those specified, and their installation must not require additional adjustments to the main equipment or production line. The contracting authority allows for equivalent solutions to those described in the contract documents, and the contractor must demonstrate that their proposed solutions meet the specified requirements.
